How do I place an order?
- Click on the buy button which will add your item to the shopping cart, this can be deleted at any time.
- When you have finished shopping click on checkout where you will be directed to our secure server, which is operated under the highest levels of security available.

Do I have to enter my details every time I order?
- No the system remembers your details if you want it to, though credit credit card details are not remembered for security reasons.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When you order you will sent a confirmation email, in the email will be a link saying "Track order status", simply click on this link where you will be presented with the status of your order
How long does delivery normally take?
- Usually between 2-4 days at the most, though occasionally our parcel service and the Royal Mail have unexpected delays.
What happens if the items do not fit?
- Simply return them to us and we will exchange them. Though please email us first for a returns code
What do I do if the goods are damaged on arrival?
- If it is obviously damaged do not sign for it though if you find it is damaged when you have opened the packaging then please inform us and we will make arrangements to collect or if a very small item simply send them back where we will exchange and reimburse you for your postage.
